We are located in the heart of Louisiana in an area that is locally known as Cenla which is short for Central Louisiana. We opened on August 3rd, 2005 to a very warm welcome from area quilters.

I, Priscilla, am the owner of the shop, and was previously a "stay at home" Nanna who kept my two grandsons, Dylan and Tucker, while my daughter worked. When Dylan and Tucker were headed for school, I began to feel a second "empty nest" syndrome approaching so I decided that if I ever wanted to fulfill my dream of owning a quilt shop, now was the time! So Priscilla's Quilts was born!

Although we are only 3 years old, we have grown to about 3,000 bolts of quilting and heirloom fabrics! We look forward to serving you and if you happen to be traveling through Alexandria, we would love to meet you! We are open from 10am until 5:30pm Tuesday through Friday and from 10am until 3pm on Saturday, closed on Sunday and Monday! Stop by for a visit!
